GENERAL INFORMATION

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

What are the reception hours?

Reception is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. In August, a night porter may be available (to be confirmed).

What languages are spoken at reception?

Italian, French, and English.

Where is the property located and how can it be reached?

The property is located on a hillside and can be reached by car.

Is parking available at the property?

Yes, free and unguarded parking is available along the road.

Does the property have an elevator?

Yes, but only in one part of the building.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed with a supplement of €7 per day.

Is luggage storage available?

Yes, luggage storage is available at the reception.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

All accommodations have independent entrances, are well furnished, and equipped with everything necessary, including:  kitchenette,  microwave, oven,  family-size refrigerator with freezer,  satellite TV,  safe,  bathroom with shower box and  hairdryer

Is there a city tax?

Yes, €1 per person per day.

Which credit cards are accepted?

All credit cards are accepted except American Express.

How does check-in work?

Guests must present their booking voucher and a valid identity document for all participants, including children.

Is early check-in possible?

Yes, if the rooms are already cleaned and available.

Is late check-out possible?

Yes, for an additional fee and subject to availability.

What are the cancellation terms?

1 to 3 days before arrival: 100% penalty
3 to 5 days before arrival: 50% penalty
5 to 20 days before arrival: 30% penalty
More than 20 days before arrival: no penalty required.
